MMU Optic Fiber Cable Inaugurated

The Optic Fiber cable at Mountains of the Moon University has been launched at Lake Saaka Campus.

During the launching exercise led by the Vice Rector of Howest University Frederik D’hulster, two more projects were launched at the university in the areas of Natural resources and hazard management and Business Practices of Fish farmers.

The Vice Rector said that the cable will help in upgrading the University’s capacity to provide community training through research.

The Vice Chancellor of Mountains of the Moon University Prof J.M Kasenene also thanked the VLIR-UOS partnership team and NITA Uganda for the support they have given to the University towards the installation and inauguration of the cable
