Gregory Tweheyo (PhD) is the Accounting Officer of the University, Custodian of the University Seal, and Administrator of University Assets.
He holds a PhD in Management (Strategic Management) from the University of Central Nicaragua, a Master of Arts in Economic Policy Planning, and a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics from Makerere University, a Certificate in Negotiation for Financial Transactions from the United Nations Institute of Training and Research (UNITAR) and a Certificate in Intensive Negotiation Skills from Växjö University, Sweden. He has published several scholarly articles on topical issues, including commercialisation of research outputs in universities, strategic responses to crisis, and the relevance of SWOT analysis, among others.
