Top University Management Strategic leadership retreat held on January 8th at Bliss Hotel, Fort-Portal City ended successfully.
One of the 2024 year’s inaugural events, under the theme: “Building the University of the Future We Want,” was the retreat. The intention was to give attendees a chance to talk about important topics pertaining to the university, such as its current and future course, while evaluating the institution’s performance objectively from June to December of 2023. Therefore, the goal of the scheduled getaway away from the office was to give participants a revitalizing and motivating space to think creatively, collaborate, and talk about Mountains of the Moon University’s future. The retreat also gave participants the chance to refocus and reenergize important strategic thought processes, which could support the visioning, strategic planning, and ethos of the university leadership team as well as improve effective communication and lead to higher productivity.
