Bridged Bid Notice Under Open Domestic Bidding

Mountains of the Moon University invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

Framework Contracts:

  1. Supply of Assorted Stationery, Toners & Cleaning Materials to the University under a framework Contract
  2. Supply of Meals and Refreshments to the University under framework Contract: Ntinda Kampala Office and Main Campus
  3. Provision of Accommodation, Hotel services including Retreat and off campus workshop services to the University under a framework Contract

Annual Contracts

  1. Repair and service of University vehicles and Motorcycles
  2. Supply of tools and accessories for Repair and service of University ICT Equipment: Computers, Laptops, Photocopiers and Printers
  3. Repair and service of University ICT Equipment: Photocopiers and Printers
  4. Provision of mowing services under a framework Contract
  5. Repair of University generator under a framework Contract

The Bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at the MMU Procurement and Disposal Unit

The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 2 above upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx100,000/= (one hundred thousand shillings only). The method of payment will be through the Mountains of the Moon University (MMU) Zeepay payment method where a contractor generates a payment reference.

This procurement is reserved for National and Resident Providers in accordance with Guideline Reference No. 1/2018- Guideline on Reservation Schemes to Promote Local Content in Public Procurement.

The deadline for bid submission shall be at 12:00 noon on Thursday, 21st August 2025.
