Honorable Christine Muhindo Tibakunirwa is a Member of Council representing the public. Hon. Christine is the Presidential Advisor on Rwenzori Affairs in the office of the President and she is the National Treasurer of the National Resistance Movement (NRM), Women’s League. Mrs. Muhindo has vast experience in issues such as women and girl-child education, political mobilization, financial accounting, and management. Mrs. Muhindo is passionate about Education Policy, Planning and Management, Conflict Management Resolution, and Politics. was a Member of the Governing Council of the Mountains of the Moon Private Chartered University.
