Honorable Richard Rwabuhinga is a Member of the University Council representing the public.
Hon. Richard is the District Chairperson of Kabarole District Local Government; a position he has held since 2011. He is the President of the Uganda Local Governments’ Association (ULGA). He previously served as a Teacher at Nyakasura School, a Minister of Education and Sports of the Tooro Kingdom Cultural Institution, and a District Councilor for Bukuuku Sub-County in Kabarole District. He was a Member of the Governing Council of the Mountains of the Moon Private Chartered University.
