At least one (1) principal pass and two(2) subsidiary passes at UACE, or its equivalent obtained at the same sitting, and five (5) passes at UCE, or its equivalent

A Certificate in Public Administration, Community Development, Social Work, Development Studies, or other related field from an institution recognized by the NCHE.
