Ms. Aisha Namubiru, an expert in Sociology of Education, is a passionate mentor of novice teachers and a results-driven educator with 18 years of teaching experience. Her career is anchored in advancing academic excellence, institutional growth and quality teaching. Her research interests include CBC implementation, Teacher Professional Development and Educational Innovations in Refugee Contexts. She also explores Gendered Experiences in higher learning, striving to advance inclusive and context-responsive educational practices across Uganda and the East African region. She is also a PhD candidate at Makerere University specializing in Sociology of Education.
