Alex Rubalema

Alex Rubalema is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Business and Management Sciences at Mountains of the Moon University. He contributes to teaching, academic engagement, and research in the field of business administration, with a particular interest in management, marketing, entrepreneurship, organizational performance, and service quality.

His academic and research work focuses on practical business and management challenges, including organizational learning, total quality management, customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, employee fulfilment, and innovation within business and service-sector environments. His research contributes to understanding how organizations can strengthen performance, improve service delivery, enhance customer satisfaction, and develop sustainable competitive advantage.

Alex is actively engaged in research and scholarly publication, with his work addressing business and management issues within the Ugandan context, including studies in the hospitality, manufacturing, information technology, and microfinance sectors. His research interests reflect a commitment to generating evidence-based knowledge that supports effective management practices and contributes to business and institutional development.
