I am a self-motivated, determined, hardworking, results-oriented and a highly accomplished Senior Quality Assurance Officer with over 10 years of progressive experience in developing, implementing, monitoring, and enhancing quality assurance systems within higher education institutions. Demonstrate expertise in institutional accreditation, academic programme review, quality audits, policy development, performance monitoring, and compliance with national and international quality assurance standards. Skilled in designing and implementing quality management systems, coordinating institutional self-assessment exercises, conducting monitoring and evaluation, and promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement across academic and administrative units.

Possesses extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, capacity building, data analysis, report writing, and evidence-based decision-making to support institutional effectiveness and strategic objectives. Adept at leading quality assurance initiatives, developing quality assurance frameworks, facilitating internal and external audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including standards prescribed by higher education regulatory bodies. Master of Business Administration (MBA) – Mountains of the Moon University (MMU) – Uganda. The programme provided advanced knowledge and practical skills in strategic management, organizational leadership, financial management, human resource management, operations management, research methods, and evidence-based decision-making for effective organizational performance.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) – Makerere University (MAK) – Uganda. The programme provided a strong foundation in business management, accounting, finance, marketing, human resource management, economics, entrepreneurship, organizational behaviour, and business law, equipping graduates with competencies in planning, management, and organizational development.

Diploma in Law (Dip. Law) – Law Development Centre (LDC) – Uganda. The programme covered fundamental principles of law, including constitutional law, contract law, criminal law, civil procedure, commercial law, administrative law, labour law, legal drafting, and legal ethics, providing a sound understanding of the legal and regulatory framework applicable to public and private sector organizations.
