He is a procurement and Supply Chain professional with a diploma in Procurement and supply chain management from chattered institute of procurement and supply (CIPS United Kingdom) possessing a Post Graduate Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management of Uganda Management Institute (UMI), a degree and a diploma in procurement and supply chain Management from Makerere University and Makerere University Business School(MUBS) respectively, he has over ten (10) years’ experience in procurement, Supply chain Management, logistics, Inventory management and operations. His core capabilities include procurement systems strengthening/ capacity building; procurement audits and investigations, procurement performance monitoring; use of electronic procurement systems; procurement planning; procurement, specifications development and bidder prequalification; contract negotiation, execution and management; international procurement and logistics, team leadership and fleet management. He has experience in managing procurements both in private and public sectors and he is familiar with national and international procurement management regulations and standards.
