Dr. Kabasiita Jessica holds a PhD Educational Management specializing in Organizational Citizenship Behavior. She is a professional teacher with over twelve years of teacher training in university education. She’s an educational manager and policy planner as well.

She has written and won projects on women in leadership, refugee education and competence based education.

Jessica has published works on citizenship behavior, pedagogical, andragogical practices, health education, ICT integration, and gender. She is always motivated to take on extra roles outside her job description to build stronger institutional structures, broaden role-modeling aspects among students and other stakeholders in the community.
