I am Babirye Nanteza Lucy, an information Scientist  with over a decade of experience in higher education teaching, research, and administration. Currently serving as Senior Programme Coordinator for Open, Distance, and e-Learning (ODeL) at Mountains of the Moon University, I support  the planning, accreditation, and delivery of ODeL programmes while spearheading innovations in e-learning.

I am passionate about digital transformation in higher education, particularly integrating ICT in teaching and learning, developing sustainable e-learning frameworks, and advancing inclusive, gender-sensitive online education.
