I am a Certified Risk Manager and a development professional with over two decades of experience in strategic planning, institutional governance, and performance management. My career has been driven by a passion for building systems that foster accountability, transparency, and sustainable growth within public institutions.

My academic foundation reflects a deep commitment to economic and administrative excellence. I hold a Master of Arts in Economic Policy and Planning from Makerere University Kampala, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences, majoring in Economics. To strengthen my leadership and management capabilities, I pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in General Management from the Uganda Management Institute, graduating with Second Upper Honours. I have also earned an International Certificate in Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management (UK), a Certificate in Administrative Officers Law from the Law Development Centre, and a TADAT Trained Certificate from the IMF. These qualifications have equipped me with a unique blend of economic insight, legal awareness, and risk management expertise.

Throughout my professional journey, I have developed and implemented performance management frameworks, designed enterprise-wide risk policies, and led teams in aligning resources with strategic objectives. My work has consistently focused on monitoring and evaluation, resource mobilization, and the development of performance standards that drive results. I have also trained and mentored professionals in risk identification and mitigation, fostering a culture of proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.

My core competencies include strategic management, risk management, internal auditing, corporate governance, and monitoring and evaluation. I possess strong skills in time management, public speaking, and networking, and I am recognized for my ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver results-oriented outcomes. I take pride in my ability to translate complex policies into actionable plans and to inspire teams to achieve shared goals.
