Contact Details

An accomplished academic, researcher, leadership scholar, and educator with extensive experience in higher education, social sciences, public administration, organizational leadership, and community engagement. His professional interests include leadership development, organizational change, governance, public administration, youth empowerment, social development, innovation, and intercultural dialogue.

He has extensive experience in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, research supervision, student mentorship, and academic development. He has also served in various institutional leadership roles involving quality assurance, curriculum review, field placement coordination, departmental administration, editorial work, and international academic initiatives.

As a researcher and writer, he has contributed to academic and public discourse on leadership, governance, democracy, peace and conflict, regional integration, youth development, and contemporary African affairs through scholarly publications and articles in leading Ugandan and regional media.

His career reflects a strong commitment to academic excellence, ethical and transformational leadership, research, mentorship, institutional development, and positive social change.
