Moreen Niwaha

Assistant Lecturer

Moreen Niwaha is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Banking and Finance, Faculty of Business and Management Sciences at Mountains of the Moon University. She is an academic and finance professional with interests in banking, financial services, finance, and business administration.

Her academic and professional interests focus on banking and finance, with particular emphasis on financial services and business administration. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration, specialising in Banking and Finance, at Mbarara University of Science and Technology. Her academic background also includes a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Financial Services) and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Development Finance, both from Mountains of the Moon University.

Through her teaching and academic work, Moreen contributes to the development of knowledge and skills in banking, finance, and related business disciplines. Her work supports the university’s commitment to providing relevant business and financial education that responds to the needs of organisations and the wider economy.
