I am passionate and dedicated individual who enjoys being part of as well as leading a successful team. I believe in team work, innovation and yet maintaining individual uniqueness.

I am quick to grasp new ideas and concepts, and to develop innovative and creative solutions of problems. I am able to work with minimum supervision, even under significant pressure and I posses a strong ability to perform effectively.

 

I am a practicing Agricultural development worker, trainer with practical experience of about over ten years at both knowledge and operational levels. I have a hand on experience in agriculture extension and enterprise management, monitoring and evaluation, innovative approaches and strategies to rural development, program appraisal and executing training in farmer’s community action planning, participatory project recycle management, research, teaching and report writing among others.

PhD fellow in Agriculture & community innovations (ACI) BSU, Master of Agriculture and Rural Innovations (MARI) BSU, Bachelor of Agribusiness & community development (BACD) UCU.

I have supervised both undergraduate and graduate students to completion  of about over 40 and 2 respectively. Among others, graduate students are as follows.
