Mujuni Patrick is a dedicated and results driven Senior Systems Administrator with over nine years of experience supporting academic and institutional information systems. He currently serves in the Office of the Academic Registrar at Mountains of the Moon University, where he is responsible for the administration, stability, and continuous improvement of critical academic systems that support teaching, learning, and university operations.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, with a major in Computer Security and Web Design, from Mountains of the Moon University, and a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Uganda Technology and Management University.

Patrick is a self taught specialist in computer maintenance and repair, with hands on experience gained across higher education and healthcare institutions. His professional interests include systems reliability, information security, process automation, and user centered system design. He is widely regarded for his strong problem solving skills, collaborative approach to work, and a disciplined work ethic that consistently supports institutional efficiency and service delivery.

Uganda Technology and Management University
Focused on the design, management, and security of enterprise information systems, with emphasis on strategic ICT planning, data driven systems, systems analysis, and applied research. Completed a research based dissertation.

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (Programming)
Mountains of the Moon University
Specialized in programming, with a solid foundation in software development, databases, and web based systems.

Patrick provides comprehensive ICT support to institutional and donor funded projects, including the Mainstream (Mobility 4 Agricultural International Networks Supporting Thematic Resilience and Enhancing Adaptation and Mitigation) Project Link and the BASIS (Boosting Agricultural Studies in Sub-Sahara) Project. His role involves planning, deployment, and ongoing support of project ICT infrastructure to ensure reliable system availability and effective digital workflows.

He supports project teams through system setup, user support, data management, security oversight, and troubleshooting of hardware and software resources. By aligning ICT services with project objectives, he contributes to efficient project implementation, accurate reporting, and uninterrupted operations throughout the project lifecycle.
