Mr. Kwikiriza is an accomplished administrator with over 15 years of progressive experience in managing institutions and driving operational excellence. He has held leadership roles in both the humanitarian and academic sectors, notably serving as Branch Manager for the Uganda Red Cross Society and currently managing operations at Mountains of the Moon University. His career reflects a blend of strategic administration, community engagement, and a results-oriented approach to service delivery.
A passionate humanitarian and social worker, Mr. Kwikiriza has designed, implemented, and successfully completed numerous projects that have transformed the lives of individuals in different walks of life, especially young children in remand homes and communities in refugee settlements. His work focuses on building resilience, promoting community-driven solutions, and addressing the unique needs of vulnerable populations.
In addition to his administrative expertise, Mr. Kwikiriza is an active researcher whose scholarly interests lie in peacebuilding and the humanitarian social work spectrum. His research and field experience intersect to provide practical insights into complex humanitarian issues. He has presented his work at prestigious platforms, including the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD), the East African Community, Makerere University, and international social work forums in Europe, contributing to policy dialogue and the development of best practices.
