Mountains of the Moon University Convocation
The Convocation Electoral Commission of Mountains of the Moon University invites eligible members of the University Convocation to participate in the upcoming Convocation Executive Committee Elections for the 2026–2031 term.
Pursuant to Articles 7 and 19(g) of the Constitution of the Convocation of Mountains of the Moon University, nominations are hereby opened for eligible members who wish to offer themselves for election to the Convocation Executive Committee.
Positions Open for Nomination
Eligible members may seek nomination for the following positions:
- President
- Vice President
- Deputy General Secretary
- Secretary for Finance
- Secretary for Projects
- Secretary for Publicity
- Secretary for Female Affairs
- Representative for People with Special Needs
- Representative to University Council
Guidelines for Nomination
All interested and eligible members are encouraged to carefully review the Guidelines for Nomination before submitting their candidature. Candidates should ensure that they meet all eligibility requirements and comply with the procedures and requirements set out by the Convocation Electoral Commission.
Electoral Road Map
The Convocation Electoral Commission has also released the Electoral Road Map for the Election of the Convocation Executive Committee, outlining the key stages and activities of the electoral process.
Members intending to participate in the elections are encouraged to review the road map and take note of the important dates and deadlines.
Candidate Nomination Form
Members who meet the eligibility requirements and wish to contest for any of the advertised positions should complete the official Candidate Nomination Form for the Convocation Executive Committee Elections, 2026–2031.
Candidates are advised to provide all required information accurately and submit their nomination forms in accordance with the guidelines and electoral timetable issued by the Convocation Electoral Commission.

The Convocation Executive Committee plays an important role in representing the interests of Convocation members and strengthening engagement between the University's alumni community and the institution.
Eligible members are therefore encouraged to take this opportunity to participate in the electoral process, whether by offering themselves for leadership or by actively participating in the election of the next Convocation Executive Committee.
