Procurement and Disposal Unit

Framework

We establish long-term agreements with pre-approved suppliers for the provision of goods, works, or services. These agreements streamline the procurement process, allowing the university to quickly and efficiently procure necessary items under set terms and prices. Framework Agreements benefit both the university and suppliers by reducing administrative burdens, fostering a closer working relationship, and enabling more strategic planning and budgeting. This approach reflects our commitment to efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and partnership with our suppliers.

Interested bidders must provide evidence of payment of the non-refundable fee of Ugx100,000/= (one hundred thousand shillings only) for the purchase of Bidding Documents and submit a written application. The method of payment will be through the Mountains of the Moon University (MMU) Zeepay payment method, where a contractor generates a payment reference.
