The Chairperson of the Mountains of the Moon University (MMU) Council, Eng. Dr. Ben Manyindo, the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Pius Coxwell Achanga, and the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic Affairs), Prof. John M. Kasenene, are attending the 17th Inter-University Council for East Africa (IUCEA) Annual General Meeting and Conference taking place at the Argyle Grand Hotel in Nairobi, Kenya.
The conference, running from 29th to 31st July 2026, brings together higher education leaders, policymakers, researchers, and development partners from across East Africa to explore strategic partnerships and collaborations that will shape the future of higher education in the region.
Speaking through his X handle, yesterday, Prof. Pius Coxwell Achanga said MMU is looking forward to strengthened regional collaboration and partnerships for advanced, quality higher education geared towards sustainable development.
