With reference to Article 9(3) and in exercise of the powers vested in the Office of the
Academic Registrar, herein referred to as the “General Secretary” Of the Convocation,
pursuant to Article 19(d) of the Mountains Of the Moon University Convocation
Constitution, 2026, I hereby inform all alumni and staff of the University of the outcome of
the nomination process for members Of the Convocation Electoral Commission.
Following the call for Expressions of Interest from eligible members dated 19th August, 2026
and a comprehensive verification of the applications received, the following candidates have
been successfully nominated for the respective positions indicated in this document
