Experienced public health professional, educator, and researcher with over 19 years of dedicated service improving community health outcomes in Uganda. Passionate clinical officer, academic, and national trainer skilled in teaching, curriculum development, leadership mentoring, performance management, and applied research. Proven ability to adapt quickly in multicultural settings, facilitate training, and lead high-impact initiatives in primary health care, malaria control, HIV/AIDS, human resources for health, and community engagement. Strong communicator and charismatic leader focused on innovation, integrity, results, and continuous learning. Currently advancing a PhD in Public Health while contributing as a lecturer, researcher, and mentor.
