• Experienced lecturer and curriculum developer at Mountains of the Moon University (since 2011), delivering postgraduate and undergraduate modules in primary health care, sexual & reproductive health, demography, public health nutrition, leadership, biostatistics, epidemiology, and related subjects with strong student success rates.
• Proven researcher with completed and ongoing studies on HPV vaccine uptake, plant-based mosquito repellents, malaria prevention and epidemics, antiretroviral retention, health worker performance management, waste management, immunization, teenage pregnancy, and related public health topics.
• National trainer and mentor in Human Resources for Health (HRH) performance management and leadership & governance; supported development and nationwide cascading of key Ministry of Health manuals and Caring Together modules; mentored hundreds of health workers and facility managers across multiple districts.
• Former Senior Clinical Officer, Health Centre In-Charge, Human Resource for Health Focal Person, and Malaria Focal Person with demonstrated success in patient care (thousands of cases managed), facility management, quality improvement, staffing optimization, and district-level performance gains.
• Strong skills in facilitation, public speaking, community placement coordination, data analysis (Stata, SPSS, Epi-Info, QGIS), Microsoft Office Suite, and multilingual communication (English, Runyakitara, Luganda, Swahili).
