According to the Faculty Dean Dr. Fredrick Mutabaruka, he attributed this excellence to teamwork, integrity and responsiveness evidenced during  the teaching period.

Dr. Mutabaruka added that the retreat was also intended to discuss research agenda, marketing strategies,  performance evaluation and to brain storm the Faculty strategic plan for the next 5 year that was presented by the select Committee.

He Commended the University Management for financial and moral support rendered towards the development  of faculty activities.

He asked members to improve performance where results didn’t come out well through strategic planning and budgeting.

He encouraged staff members to supervise internship, research periodically and honour load allocations.
