Mr. Alex Masereka is a representative of persons with disabilities on the University Council, having been seconded by the National Union of Disabled Persons of Uganda on Council.
Mr. Masereka is the District Planner at Kasese District Local Government, a position he has served in for 6 years. He previously served as Principal Planner, Senior Planner, and District Statistician.
