Dr. Roselline Kabasiita Nyamutale is a Ministerial Appointee on the Council of MMU, and Chairperson of the Appointments Board.Dr. Roselline has over 38 years of professional experience in Veterinarian/ Agricultural/ Rural Development. She served as the Country Director for Sasakawa Africa Association/ Sasakawa Global 2000 Uganda. She gained experience working with government Ministries and Agencies, such as the Ministry of Agriculture Animal Industry and Fisheries, the National Agricultural Advisory Services (NAADS), the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, and private sector organizations. She has worked with various donors, NGOs, and international agencies with whom she has had good relations and ably implemented numerous projects/programs.

Dr. Nyamutale holds a Master of Science in Management of Agricultural Knowledge Systems, from Wageningen Agricultural University, Netherlands; and a Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Medicine, from Makerere University.
