I am a procurement and Supply Chain professional pursuing advanced diploma in Procurement from chattered institute of procurement and supply (CIPS United Kingdom) possessing a Post Graduate Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management of Uganda Management Institute (UMI), a degree and a diploma in procurement and supply chain Management from Makerere University and Makerere University Business School(MUBS) respectively, I have over ten (10) years’ experience in procurement, Supply chain Management, logistics, Inventory management and operations. My core capabilities include procurement systems strengthening/ capacity building; procurement audits and investigations, procurement performance monitoring; use of electronic procurement systems; procurement planning; procurement policy development, specifications development and bidder prequalification; contract negotiation, execution and management; international logistics, team leadership, stock and fleet management. I have managed procurements both in private and public sectors and am familiar with national and international procurement management regulations and standards.

I have worked with Qsourcing Servtec Uganda one of the leading manpower/human resources consultants in East Africa and in the Gas and oil sector particularly in areas of welding, plumbing, electrical installations and general human resource consultancy and worked with Bunyangabu District Local Government as Assistant Inventory Management officer and as a Procurement Officer am currently working with Mountains of the Moon University as an Assistant Inventory Management Officer. Am proficient in the use of procurement management soft wares like ProcNet, IFMS and SAGE revolution and also proficient with the use of MS. Office, and I have good public relations with public and private sector procurement practitioners.
