With a Master’s in Nursing from Makerere University, specializing in midwifery and women’s health, my commitment to educating future healthcare professionals is unwavering. At Mountains of the Moon University, my role as an Assistant Lecturer allows me to mold the next generation of nurses through comprehensive instruction and mentorship.

Bridging academic theory with clinical practice, I leverage my background to enhance student learning experiences. My dedication to nursing education is complemented by my hands-on approach as a Clinical Instructor, where I have honed skills in peer mentoring and student engagement, ensuring a robust and supportive learning environment.

I hold a bachelors of Nursing and a masters of Nursing( Midwifery and Women’s  Health) from Makerere University. Am undertaking a fellowship( supporting Women in Science ) at Agakhan University, Oxford University and Sick Kids Int

Working on a grant from the Royal tropical society of Medicine and Hygiene on the Post Ebola Recovery; Assessment of the coping strategies and health concerns of Ebola survivors in the Mid-western region, 2023 as a principal investigator. Got a grant from the Mountains of the Moon University Research innovation fund prevalence of sepsis and associated factors among Fortportal Regional referral hospital 2023 as principal investigator. Got a grant from the Mountains of the Moon University Research innovation fund Use of Intensive adherence counselling to prevent HIV/AIDs as a Co-investigator. Working on a grant fellowship looking at improving the timely uptake of IPT among pregnant women in refugee settings.
